New upload layout won’t allow shipping options

Anyone else had the issue with the new listings layout? It lets me upload photos put in description ect but when it gets to dispatch the screen just goes blank and stays blank

its so frustrating. Why do eBay have to keep doing this rubbish. JUST LEAVE IT ALONE FOR GODS SAKE!!!!

In most cases the only shipping option now available to private sellers is "Simple" Delivery.
