Negative feedback saying item to expensive after buying

Any one else had a problem with buyer leaving negative feedback saying item to expensive even though they still buy it, Ebay refuse to remove feedback.

They werent forced to buy it.

To answer the OP's question, I've not experienced that problem myself but on the face of it IMHO the feedback should be removed. Acceptable reasons are listed here:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-policy?id=4208

and include, "The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing" - Well, the price was disclosed in the listing!

 

Might be worth speaking to Ireland to challenge the refusal to remove?

Thanks for your feedback in regards to my question.

Have tried contacting ebay but cannot talk to a human on the telephone & explain. All automated.

Should be a dedicated telephone line for Ebay  top rated sellers. To be able to speak with a agent.

Cannot find a telephone number anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you are on the automated chat, try typing "speak to an agent" in reply to everything. 

 

As far as I know there is no telephone number you can dial but you should be able to ask them to phone you. (Unless that facility has been withdrawn?)
