My local Yodel drop-off won't accept more than two parcels a day.

Location is Bracknell Esso petrol Station London Road Bracknell

Excuse was they want more people to Serve

Their excuse is that they want more people to serve.

If you have 10 parcels to send, you will be making 5 trips in a week. and your delivery time will be extended to 7–10 days.

Customer won't be happy.

I have a local post office that won't take anything bigger than a 'small parcel'. It's probably based on the space they have available and wanting to be fair to all their potential customers.

Your Yodel agreement is with Yodel, not with Esso so you'll likely just have to accept that that is just how it is. 

If you need to post more than 2 parcels a day, try a different drop-off location or a different courier.
