My buyer paid for postage but has collected item

my buyer paid postage for an item but has collected it I asked about a code but he didn’t know what to do .he has now collected and I got him to sign a copy of the order .

do I just mark as despatched to close

Mark it as dispatched and cross your fingers that there is no issue and they don't  open an INR case.

They will not have a code if there was postage on the listing as these are only for collection items.

As long as they are an honest buyer and happy with the item , you will be ok.
