Which device and browser are you using?  If the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop /PC and try Chrome,  that seems to work best with eBay.  Try from there.

Clearing cache and cookies never harms,  too.

Multi Listing Option

Are you trying to set up a multi quantity listing (the one where you have lots of the exact same items and want to put the quantity available in the quantity box) or a listing with variations (such as t-shirts in different colours and sizes where buyers can select the variation they want via a dropdown menu)?

If a variation listing, some categories and sub categories aren't available for this listing format.

Can you see another listing up and running in this format with the same kind of item that you want to list? If you can't, there's your answer.

Thankyou for replying. Yes I am trying on a laptop. I just think I've done something wrong right at the start but I don't know what! I think I'll have to start all over again!

Thankyou for replying. I am trying to sell advertising milk bottles, so the bottles are the same just the advert on each differs. There are a number of listings that are doing the same so I think it is something I am doing but I just can't see what.

Hi @winst_sales

This what you are looking for on a listing template. I just did "Sell one Like this" on one of the ones for sale on this type of listing.

I don't think I could ever get the 3 dots to work either.

Multi Listing Option

Hi Vyolla

Thanks again for getting in touch. Sorry I've taken so long to reply. the web address of the listing is https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175426668791?_trkparms=itmf%3D1%26aid%3D1110013%26rkt%3D12%26asc%3D202012...

and the Title of the listing is "Vintage Advertising 1 Pint Milk Glass Bottles 1980's Collectible Multi Listing". Hope one of these is what you asked for, as you can tell I'm not too experienced in these matters.

One thing I wondered was is it because the seller had a business account and I am just a private seller?

Thanks for your time

Winston

Thanks for the link. A private seller can set up a variation listing. I've just set up a test variation on a private account with no issue, but my account is an older one with lots of feedback for sales so it's possible that there is some criteria to meet for a newish seller. Plus, bear in mind that this is one of the hardest listings to set up!

So, using desktop (not the app), use the 'sell one like this' link and double check that you have the correct category and sub categories, same as that listing:

Then scroll down and ensure that 'Buy It Now' is the listing format selected.

You should see the 3 vertical dots top right of the listing page from which you can select 'settings' and make sure that you have variations turned on (blue), go back into your listing and scroll down a bit and then you'll see this:
