Missing photos

Anyone else having problems with photos not showing up on their listings?

Not just new ones, many going back a long time - it seems to be pretty random, but it's happening on this business account and my private account, on two different browsers.

I'm going out right now, so I don't have time to deal with customer services right now, but is it happening to anyone else?

As a buyer I am experiencing the same issue - pictures for listings seem "broken" and are not showing (I have attached an example of how it looks from my end).

It looks like eBay have just tried to implement a feature where you can cycle through each of the listing's pictures from the search result page? This new feature is not working and seems to have broken everything...

Hi Yes I am having the same issue. Especially to the older items I've put on for sale. Got one or two pictures then nothing. So frustrating. Private seller.

Yes, it is still happening - when I search for anything.

Also having the same issue. I just sent a photo to a member via my phone and that didn't show either.

Also can't see photos when adding a new listing.

Mine as well.

Ones that do have a picture have a scroll on the bottom which only works for first two pictures then nothing.

Thanks for your responses.  Hopefully they know about it and will sort it soon. Even my avatar for posting here has gone.

Hopefully a short lived glitch, some listings are showing no images in search results and when I select an item to view, some are only showing a few of the available images.

Yes I too am having issues, random items not all of them, worrying as I remember only too well when Ebay lost all of our photos.

Yes, I have the same problems.  It would be nice if eBay confirmed there was a fault

Lots of people having the same problem.  There's another thread just started about it.  Fingers crossed its fixed SOON without us having to re load the photographs to the listings affected.

Yes , tried Goole chrome and Microsoft Edge neither worked , but listings with pictures in that you relist are ok. Must be the downloader.

Just spoken to the helpline , apparently the whole of the UK is affected 😞

Yes. Having the same issue. Even adding pictures to new listings seems to have an issue

All initial photos available to view on active listing page but when I go into the actual listing there are many photos missing, just one or two on some, all on others

Same problem tonight trying to list. 

Could eBay be any more broken...
