Marking an item as dispatched

Have successfully used eBay for many many years, and have always posted via Royal Mail and done my own labelling. Sent an item the same way a few days ago and cannot find any way of marking the item as “dispatched”, so ebay keeps saying the item is overdue to be sent.  I have sent it, and have proof of posting. But now ebay is withholding funds for 14 days. On top of that, the funds due to me are minus the postage cost of the item. What the hell is going on. I refuse to use EVRI who have an appalling reputation where I live. I’m just about to delete all my listing now as I just hate what they’re doing to EBay. Such a shame.

Hi .. just got the same problem, can’t find any link to mark as dispatched.

All I get is ebay wanting me to print a label.

I can’t seem to find away round it.

There is no way to mark an item as dispatched, with Simple Delivery when you buy that SD label,  it immediately marks as dispatched.

If you use your own postal service / price and not SD you need to enter tracking details manually.

That is the nub of the question, where to do this manually

, there no longer seems to be any place to put in an alternative tracking number

Just been on the phone with agent, now if I remember thsi
Go to  orders page
Tag item you want to deal with
Now counter intuitively tag the despatch tag (the one that would take you to the simple delivery label) but don't of course tag the label otherwise you will be forced Into SD
Now go back to orders page and you will see that the same lozenge type window has changed so you will now be able to input new shipping details.
I think that's it, may have missed a step, but as long as you get back to orders page without, buying SD label alls good.
I got to this after asking for 'AGENT" after trying my patience with the CS bot, ,got a call back in 2mins, with try if you are stuck
