Mark item as collected

I sold an item today which is my first where the buyer wants to collect.

The item was marked as postage or local collection on the listing.

I can't see any way to mark the item as collected - searching previous posts seems to say there should be an option when you go into selling > orders > and select the blue banner.

Did the buyer need to select collection when ordering it and possibly they haven't done that?

When the buyer checks out they have to select one of those options.

If they chose collection you need to give them your address and they need to give you the collection code when they collect.

I've only got an option to dispatch so it would appear the buyer didn't select the right option.

If they leave feedback on collection would that protect me from a not received claim, or is the best option to refund and ask them to check out properly?
