Can you have a look at the 'David Clark Headset' listing and check that one please

That one looks good too

No, it looked like I could place a bid on yours too using the app.
There is a post a bit further down the page reporting the same thing though, maybe it's another one of the Friday glitches

They've changed something. I have two accounts. If I look at at item using the account that created it, I do not get a buy button. If I look at it from my second account I get the buy button.
Stops you buying your own items I guess!😕

looks like you can't buy your own items anymore as other people can bid or buy your items

Bear in mind today is Friday, when we become unpaid and unwilling Beta testers for any changes they are playing with.
Monday they'll come back to work and after a coffee or two will hopefully back out any changes that did not work.

Sellers have never been able to buy (or bid on) their own items for obvious reasons. The buttons were there but clicking them whilst signed in to your own account meant they didn't work. It actually makes sense for eBay to remove those buttons if you're signed in to the account that is selling the item.

Yeah, it might make sense to remove the buttons, but it certainly looks strange on the screen, lol. As said, it's not as if you could actually buy your own items. And again, a few threads about this, sellers in a panic that buyers can't purchase their items, a simple 'heads-up' about the change would have been appreciated. Saying that, it may be just a glitch / trial and everything back to normal within days. Just a little bit of drama for today, lol.

How would that effect all my watchers who wan tot buy
18-04-2026 9:27 AM
Were losing the plot guys, It's my watchers that are reporting they cannot buy my items, nothing to do with me buying their own items

That wasn't clear. If I view your items I get the expected "Buy it now" button. So we need to work out who can't buy from you, and why. How are they different to me? I'm in the UK, using a browser on a PC.
Interesting though that this should coincide with not getting said Buy It Now button when you view your own listings,

I've added one of your items to my watchlist and can see the "buy it now" button:
If users were blocked from bidding or buying due to your buyer requirements you would see their usernames in your buyer requirements activity log.

I also have the issue and I am on a laptop.

Just to reassure you, your items for buyers , for example me, can see the Buy it Now button. I've checked on half a dozen of your items, the Buy it Now is present.
eBay have just taken it off , when you look at your own items ' as if to buy'.
Looks odd on the page I must admit for the seller, but it's not preventing any sales.
