Listing an item

Please can any one answer this?
300 free listings a month.   If you relist it comes out of that allowance.    Have buy it now option which I have started to do as lists for a month.

if I go over the 300 free and pay I think it is 35p a Lot does that then have to be relisted every week and do you get charged another 35p or does it stay on for several weeks without having to relist.
This relisting is becoming a real pain.
if I go away I would not stop selling just say away and sort out when back.  Now because of the thought of coming back to a week of relisting I won’t.

EBay solve one problem then start another.   It use to be so easy.

Listing an item

It's still easy.

Private sellers are allowed 300 free listings a month.

Anything listed in a Buy it Now format and does not sell,  automatically relists after 30 days and this does not come out of your monthly free listings.

Any auction item that ends,  this needs to be manually relisted , and those will come out of your monthly allowance.  Only new and infrequent sellers have free relists for auction items now.

If you go away and are not able to post items,  always best to end them all, they go into your unsold listing for 60 days if you are on My eBay Selling and for a maximum of 90 days if you are on the Seller Hub,  you can then relist them all at any time in those periods.

There is also a Time Away option:

Dangerous to leave items listed if you are unable to post , you'll end up with item not received cases,  negative feedbacks, defects even selling restrictions.
