Listing an item

When listing an item and clicking ‘list for free’ button, it states that something is missing in ‘delivery services’ and to fix it. Am doing nothing different now from listing numerous items over past months. Can anyone help.

That's a difficult one.  Are you showing a dispatch time? What about the Simple Delivery malarkey? Are you showing which courier ie postal service that you will be using?

I can only make suggestions but not solutions.

Good luck, perhaps someone else will have a better guess than me.

There’s a bug in the system with letter post 

you can chose padded envelope/large letter and it should retain the postage

you can then edit the postage amount you want to charge to normal letter prices ie 87p or whatever first class letter is 

That’s what I would do until they fix it 

then you can go back and amend the letter size if you like
