Listing Templates - not remembering postage

I use a bunch of templates for items. I've elected to Custom Postage for UK items which is stored in the draft template. I then populate the header and add a photo and save for later.  However when I go back to the item it 'forgets' the domestic and international postage options (and this is since SD came in). I've raised it with Ebay but no luck yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Simple delivery overides any pre-selected postage option and you will need to select custom delivery on every listing. Once the roll out is complete there will be no option available only checking and selecting the correct parcel size within Simple Delivery.
