Just received a promotional message from ebay

So what makes ebay think that anybody is going to pay any attention to any promotional message when ebay never listens or responds to any of our complaints?  ebay is way beyond deluded !

I am in winding down mode and am demob happy! That's how that works!

I wish there was a button to press to say stop sending me offers

as I’m getting offers for things I’ve just looked at not watched 

I get offers for things I’ve used for sell one like this 

Constant unsolicted stuff steals your time and gets to be ignored after a while s a nuisance
