Just noticed that I can't specify package size & weight when putting together a listing (Custom)

I can still use Custom Delivery but can't give details of the package size and weight - is this a new "development" or another glitch (of which eBay currently has many)?

You click on package size and then chose the weight …it defaults to cabin luggage so chose other sizes to suit and then chose weight

are you not getting this on your screen?

No package size is indicated when I switch to Custom Postage.

I agree, its a nightmare. I only use Royal Mail tracked and select final choice once I’ve packed item regarding size. It’s taken me a day listing about six items even photos have changed and you can’t  select resolution😢

That’s really odd 

you could try this, long shot, might work

list it as simple delivery and when you get to the weight selection chose anything over 20kg and it will get you into custom 

there may be a link t the bottom of all the weight options saying do you want a bigger package? Click to switch to custom delivery 

and see if the proper screen is there or if you’re getting same problem

could you also do a screenshot of the page you were getting showing no package sizes ?
