Items tracking not updating

Hi all, 

 

I dispatched two items on Saturday morning via simple delivery Royal Mail. Both items accepted at post office no issues. 

However there has been no tracking updates..

 

I like my buyers to get items asap as this is what I expect from a seller private or business. 

When should I worry about these items? I understand I should be covered. However I want my buyers to get the items. It’s kinda the whole point isn’t it?

Lack of tracking doesn't mean the buyers have not received their items.    Tracking sometimes just doesn't update.   I wouldn't worry about it unless the buyers contact you.

Yes, sometimes the tracking never updates and the item never shows as arrived.  The same for parcelforce, which is even more annoying, considering the extra cost involved. If I don't hear from the buyer, I presume the item has arrived. I never reach out to them to ask if the item has been delivered, because that's asking for trouble. I once had someone message me a for whole week over an undelivered parcel, then tracking finally updated and it showed they had received it 48 hrs after postage. I relayed this information to them and never heard back, lol.
