I messaged buyer they said they would revise thier nagative feedback upon receipt of the refund. I refunded them nothing happened to my feedback. I purchased a film received item back tested it put picture on listing. relisted to recover loses. then the buyer left negative feedback saying faulty. It worked fine produced good pics. Had to purchase film to test. they have said no request sent but i have sent it. what should i do now.

My guess you still have the message where they said they would remove feedback. Have you tried contacting Ebay customer service. Point in the direction . It would be best if you reported the buyer first for using the return process incorrectly
