Yesterday evening I had a message from a Buyer saying that they'd like to make an offer on an item. I checked and it was set up to allow offers. The buyer said that it did not have the option and that they had not previously made any offers on the item. I asked them to watch the item and when I got the option I'd send an offer. I didn't get a Send Offer option. After a few messages we agreed a price (I warned them that BPF and P&P would be on top) and I changed the price and they bought.
When BPF came in I took the Offer option off my lower priced items and only left it on the £20+ as it was so difficult to work out what I would receive when someone made an offer. Sending is far simpler and seems to result in a few sales.
Normally I get the Send Offers option when I check most mornings - I've not had this for a few days now so wondering if this is something else that is broken.
Has anyone else noticed this?
