Increase in undelivered or delayed Royal Mail parcels over the past few weeks

I've noticed an increase in undelivered or delayed Royal Mail parcels over the past few weeks. Have you noticed anything similar? Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have noticed more delays since the YA tracking debacle last week. A parcel I posted last Friday hasn’t even made it to Jubilee MC in Feltham or hasn’t been scanned there yet. Two other parcels are snail pace too. Maybe the backlog of the Royal Mail/Post Office YA failing or something else. It very frustrating and as usual sellers and buyers suffer the poor service.
