I don't sell a lot on my private account although I did sell one item last week which was a C&C.
Another poster said they had issues with the collection code earlier this week and this may be the reason for this message today from Ebay.
'We’re writing to let you know that we are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting Simple Delivery Evri Ship-to-Store labels.
You’re receiving this email because you recently generated one of these labels.
Our technical teams are working to resolve the issue, and we’ll notify all affected sellers as soon as it’s fixed.
Please do not attempt to ship using a different label. Because the buyer selected Ship-to-Store for this order, the carrier requires the correct label to ensure delivery and notify the buyer when their item is ready for collection.'

I got the same message.
Have 3 parcels with labels that I have not posted yet due to the message.
Not had an update either.
Sent an email to Ebay but no reply yet.

I would call customer services and ask them what you are expected to do as you have been paid for the items and probably would not want to have to refund all of them.

The email was sent to me. I'm just a seller like you.
The link I gave you to request a call is your best way of contacting them. There is only a 7 minute wait at the moment for them to call you back once you have sent a request.

Evri tracking says I still have the packages and is expecting me to post them today.

I don't think it's just Evri Ship-To-Store that is affected as per this thread; there appears to be a problem between eBay and Evri. If so the problem will only affect private sellers when an Evri Simple Delivery label is used.

Got in touch with Ebay who said that Evri have created 15,000 incorrect postage labels.
Oprator checked the updates and said these effect Ship to Store parcels only where the buyer wants to collect from a pick up point and delivery to buyers address we will be ok.
Based on that I just took my parcel to the drop off point as going to a home address and scanned in ok.

Something I have bought is affected by this. My local Evri courier is useless & leaves stuff on the street to be stolen so if it's Evri I always get delivered to store. Anyways, my seller got this same message and they have today received the parcel back to their home address (the tracking also wrongly says that seller requested a return of the package). There was a label over the original address to store with their own address. They are now just waiting on instruction what to do. They've offered a refund instead but I would much prefer the item & don't mind waiting.

If it states the sender requested return that statement would be correct - eBay are the sender where Simple Delivery labels are concerned. It does seem eBay is having some sort of a meltdown at the moment with various issues that may or may not be related.

'We wanted to let you know that a recent technical issue has affected the delivery of some of your orders. Unfortunately, these parcels couldn’t be delivered to your buyers and will be returned to you over the next few days.'
Reading between the lines, it looks like we will have to refund the buyers and relist the item. Although wait for any further updates incase Ebay say that we can keep the money ( That, I very much doubt!!)

Same message but further down it tells me to generate a new label and reship if the buyer is willing to wait
