A buyer in Finland bought a bulky, low value item. I'm enrolled in the GSP program.

I did try to send an invoice but message comes up saying Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manage all or part of postage. These are excluded from this invoice. EBay did send her an invoice but won’t allow her to pay. How do I send her an invoice or get the GSP to ship it? I changed the shipping options to 'Finland'.

The last item i sold was bought by someone in Slovenia. It was dealt with by GSP, I didn't even know they were abroad.

If it's not accepted by GSP (some items are exluded)  you can cancel with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with direct postage to Finland for them to buy again.     Or you can cancel using reason "problem with buyer's address" and leave it at that.
