The BRING15 coupon is one that's been added by eBay, not by the seller. It's a promotion that eBay are running for certain sellers in certain categories, it's not something that you can add yourself, whilst the coupon is.
I have looked again and it looks like a coupon by the seller because it has the coupon code in the product pictures. Also I wonder how to get this RRP£699.99 34% off
