Having just heard an advert on local radio this link may be of help to some that still aren't sure if they need to be a business or a private seller.

Its obvious that some don't even know that they should be paying tax or don't realize it applies to them.

I think in the main, a lot are paying tax still. So with HMRC its all hunky dory.

Its the belief that an ebay business seller account is optional is the sticking point.
