Hello,
Is there a way, other than by Telephone which I cannot afford, to actually contact Ebay.
I have been trying this automated thing as there is no option to go directly to live chat.
I have to spend 15 to 20 minutes writing different sentences getting the same answer until the bot gives up and I get the option of live chat.
I have tried RESOLVER and it turns out Ebay are not registered there ?. The area where I live has no Citizens Advice Bureaux and there is no Trading Standards Department accessible to the public at the Council.Any national Consumer Help organisations do not cover my area.So there is nowhere for me to go to get help to get my money.
The issue is that although my sales are showing as completed and in the balance nothing is being made available to me.
When I do get through to customer services someone tells me that Ebay have paid me but they haven't .My sales money shows as earnings I just cannot withdraw the money to my Bank account.
In my order History,orders were delivered and Funds available in eBay balance 15 Feb.
But as can be seen from the screen shots this is just not true.And it has been 10 days now.
A lot has been written in community about these new changes and like a lot of others I was waiting to see how things went . I cannot keep paying out for postage and after 10 days still not have any money from sales.
What about everyone else ?.
(Please note that for reasons I cannot find out I am prevented from replying to replies even my own but I can see the replies and I no longer get notifications that my post has a reply like I used to).

I cannot speak to an agent that is the problem .I have tried contacting customer services on Facebook and all they can do is give me a link to the chat bot.When that opens up it just shows the previous conversation and the box for typing is greyed out.

Without tracking payments are held for 14 days. If there is an issue with the tracking updating but items are showing as delivered on the courier's website Customer Services can release the money for you manually.

Easiest way is get them to call you but do it first thing in the morning and you have better chance of getting Dublin
