I purchased the above from yourselves and have had no help whatsoever and soon will turn into a customer complaint!!

I received the above toilet minus the toilet seat

there was no paperwork or where it came from

can SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE OWNERSHIP and arrange for the seat to b sent on and respond by return

 very unhappy customer

You're not speaking with your seller here.

Find the order and contact your seller.

If they're unresponsive you can open an eBay return and select the 'parts missing' reason.

Your seller should then issue you with a pre-paid returns label.
