Global shipping hub

Hi is anyone else having problems with items sent to the global shipping hub two items sent one 10 days ago both tracked royal mail but currently showing as only dispatched and not recieved is there an issue with the recording of parcels maybe upon delivery very frustrating.

Yes, I have had something similar, the last tracking on Royal Mail shows received at the North West Midlands MC. That was on the 21st January and on the EBay track package on the time line thing it just said Sent to our Hub and never moved from that. However when I scrolled down a bit to Delivery History where it shows Hub to Buyer dated Friday the 24th January it showed Processing at Shipping Center. So they obviously got it but for whatever reason it didn't have it's delivery scan by Royal Mail. The parcel was delivered to the customer on the 6th February.

Just check to see if there has been any movement in the Hub to Buyer tracking.

As @barry.110 has said. Scroll down on the tracking underneath 'on it's way'.  You should find another tracking number if the hub has received it.

At least you know it's there - I sent two items to the hub last Monday, one Tracked 48 & the other Tracked 24 owing to higher value of the latter. The first one shows as received at the hub on eBay whereas the latter one shows no update at all of being at the hub, with Royal Mail tracking last showing "Your item has reached North West Midlands MC and will now be sent to your local delivery office" on Feb 11.

I've been in this exact situation before with same tracking updates on eBay/Royal Mail where the item updates on eBay once processing starts - but now I have the added joy of my funds being in limbo in addition to not knowing if there really has been a delivery issue. 

I also had a situation a few weeks ago where an item I sent to the hub had an update on Jan 29 of "License plate is voided", which is apparently an issue with a hub to buyer tracking number being voided, with a new one then being created - except the item was never updated with a new one, and still shows as delivery pending, despite the buyer letting me know it was received. Thankfully this was pre-Feb 4 so I have the funds.

What we're seeing is an inefficient tracking system, when we rely on an efficient one to get our money. Pathetic.

YES! So glad I'm not the only one. I've two parcels sent there in the last couple of weeks going to Australia and the US and both showing the same, both tracked. Could this be so they don't have to pay you for ages? I've £70 not paid and on hold pending delivery. It's bad enough waiting 2 days after the items are delivered to be paid but this is ridiculous. I've £455 which should be in my bank account, not theirs.

I'm having problems too. 2 items I sold arrived at the hub on the 12th Feb and nothing else from there, usually it leaves the hub after a few days and with an email saying it's left the centre but it's now been over a week with them just saying arrived at hub and nothing else.

Enter your Royal Mail tracking number at https://trackpb.shipment.co/track and I'm pretty sure you'll see them there - they may even be with the buyer. Just don't expect eBay to manually release your money...

Thankyou,yes they left the shipping center on the 17th and in their countries now.strange that it doesnt show on my ebay sold auction like it normally does.

Receiving money wasn't a problem, that became available the day after it arrived at GSC

No I got the money the day after it arrive at Lichfield hub,it's just not being updated on ebay tracking and no email.

The integration between eBay and Pitney Bowes is seemingly non-existent at the moment. I sent two items to the hub recently and both have been delivered to the buyer if I look at the Pitney Bowes link - but one of them shows no movement from the hub on eBay and the other hasn't been received at the hub (not helped by there being no Royal Mail delivery scan).
