Please  an someone tell me how I get a call back. Used to be easy. Clicking on a link i got from here. That no longer works and cant get past the bot

Why oh why have they changed things again.

Just persevere with the bot.  I tend to use "Speak to agent" over and over again.  It will get you there eventually.  You don't really have much in the way of options here.
