If you're planning i guessing this will be a business venture?
What you will have to consider do i have the correct account at the moment no you don't
The thing i think you refer to is the simple delivery, as a business seller this does not apply, as a private seller the buyer chooses and pays for the service you just get sent a label to print off.
You will also have the BPF added to the displayed price that is 4% + 75p again private listings only.

No eBay does not offer sellers the option to send items without paying postage
Sellers pay the postage costs.
"Free" postage just means the seller includes the postage cost in the item price. It doesn't mean the seller posts the items at no cost.
If they want to include this postage cost in the item price and offer "free postage" then that is the sellers choice but this doesn't mean the seller doesn't pay to post the item
I think you have misunderstood what "Free" postage is, it isn't "free" it is included in the price of the item the seller sells the item for.

First you must be a business to be allowed to sell ecigs on ebay, and then you will need to get permission from ebay to sell them.
Good luck with your venture.

You cannot list e-cigs on a private account either
You would have to upgrade to a business account and I think you have to get permission from eBay to list e-cigs

Bear in mind that disposable e-cigs are banned from sale from June 2025 too
So don't invest in stock you can't sell as eBay will remove them all from sale in June.

This is the page where it shows you need to apply to list e-cigs on eBay
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/tobacco-policy?id=4273
It takes at least three months to get approved and you have to have a business account
By the time you get approved you will be close to the ban date when eBay will remove them from sale
So you would end up with lots of stock you cannot sell legally in the UK
eBay will remove e-cigs listings from June 2025.

You may find that as a result of the ban, eBay may be refusing any new applications to sell e-cigs too
I hope you haven't already bought your stock
But the upcoming ban might be why you have found lots of cheap stock.....
