After selling on Ebay for over 12 years I am now at the point of closing my account WHY?
Well, it looks like you allow feedback which is a total lie.
One customer who purchased 2 different rated thermal fuses from me left feedback saying" don't work"
I test each fuse which is purchased before shipping and always have that is EVERYONE. This individual contacted me asking about a replacement Fues for an electric blanket, and I did confirm that what he was buying would do the job but would nor fix the fault of the original fuse blowing!! HE FITTED THE NEW FUES BEFORE RECTIFYING THE FAUL ANY FOOL CAN SEE. Now ebay refuse to remove the feedback because it dose not contravene their policy?? WAKE UP EBAY!!!!

Assuming the 'you' is eBay, bear in mind this is but a public forum and the only intervention you'll ever get from eBay is the odd 'we will look into this' or the deletion of a post that they don't like.

If i were you, i would feel the same. Even neutral feedback is generally about things out of the sellers control. I would add a very professional response to the feedback, block the buyer and move on. Feedback is an imperfect system, but i never read it before buying small items, i would just appreciate the advice you gave me.

I have had a couple of complaints about fuses blowing over the years. All you can do is politely point out that blowing when necessary is their only job. It would be faulty if it hadn't blown (and very dangerous).
