Fee Hike April 24

I've had a recent email from eBay stating that fees will be raised to 35% from 8th April!!! Our items are low value and I feel strongly that the new fee structure should be weighted. Also how can eBay justify a new fee structure including UK VAT on sale AND postage cost. We already pay VAT on postage. Its just tax on tax!!!

I wouldn't come on here moaning about fees when you have sold 6.2K packets of sweets as a 'private' seller. That's taking the Michael!

What you make is irrelevant. You are running a business on a private account avoiding business seller fees which legitimate sellers who are selling similar items have to pay. How do you think they feel when a private seller is taking their business?

profit does not come into it, how on earth are you a private seller? then moan about the fees?
