I sent a parcel via Evri and it has just disappeared into the ether. Tracking shows the parcel was logged by Hermes and then no updates - that was 2 weeks ago. Although I bought the label via eBay it wasn't through packlink. I've resolver and I had a message back saying contact the seller. I am the seller. I tried calling then but even though I enter the correct tracking number, the bot starts talking about a different parcel. I've refunded the buyer and just want to claim £20 plus postage back. It it isn't obvious how I can do this. I've spoken to eBay - they sent me a link with the Evri number...
Please help!

Try claiming via Packlink, I'm not aware that they've parted ways.
Try opening your claim here:
https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014270619#
You will need your reference number which you can find here:

Hi boscotrane,
Just to confirm, we haven't parted ways with Packlink, so if you purchased the label through eBay, you should be able make your claim no problem using the links *vyolla* shared above.
Thank you,
Marco

Simple Delivery is a newish service from eBay for private sellers,if your parcel is lost your buyer needs to open an item not received claim.
Once you get an acceptance scan from the drop off point you'll not be held responsible for any issue that occurs during transit you respond to the case that it was an eBay Simple Delivery and you shouldn't have to refund as eBay cover the claim.
