I have looked through our listings and it seems that nothing can be sent to the USA (and many other countries) Using the ISP. We have always had a great customer base in the US and this is affecting sales. We don't send direct because customs and delivery problems in the past have ended up costing us dearly.
Anyone else noticed this?

The eBay International Shipping Programme (EIS) hasn't been launched in the UK yet, which currently affects items being sent from the US, but USA is still shown as an eligible country for the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) so you should still be able to send items to the US that way.

I believe that there's some new regulation in the US about machinery parts or something along those lines.

On my listings, all of the non EU countries appear to be excluded when you go into the postage. I've checked the business policies and there are no exclusions on them at all.
