Simple delivery isn’t fit for use YET in many cases, in a lot of cases it is eg small parcels are cheaper than RM so they’re not making money greedily off sellers there
its taking eBay months to figure it out
seems no one has thought everything through
thats what professionals do
what people on vinted do is use the wrong category to sell stuff when their postage is c rap
eg you want to sell a plate and the rate is for plates ie a whole flipping dinner set so trust it under something else vaguely comparable
so to sell an oversized item (if you can’t access custom delivery) list it as a kitchen table and chairs eg then you get custom delivery by default
not sure about entering specifics though lol
there are certain items and categories ebay have said don’t have to go simple delivery but they have blocked people from using custom delivery for those items
ebay are dragging their feet or don’t care or don’t use heir resources to hire competent people
