Hello,

does anyone know if there are issues with payments going to eBay balance? I’m due to orders to be paid but nothing and now when I click on the orders there is a blank page on the view payments. Both orders delivered and marked as delivered, feedback received for one order and I bought my own postage (tracked)

also noticed automatic feedback is not happening either on another order ..

I have the same problem and also tracked and delivered items still showing as waiting two weeks for payout. I wonder if there is a problem with the system.

Just come off the phone to them as same this has happened to me today. 4 Orders showing as Tracked and Delivery 2 days ago so funds should be in my balance today, but are not. Saying now due 8th July. Last night it stated it would be paid today.

Orders showing as Tracked & Delivered but if you go to Summary the Transaction page says no Tracking. So clearly a glitch that they won't admit, but say this has happened.

Told they will do a manual release of funds but will take up to 24/48 hours!! Not good enough. Bad enough having to wait 2 days but it has worked perfectly so far. This is the first time this has happened.

Definitely a glitch, which I hope they get fixed quick. My friends account is fine so it isn't across the board.

Currently facing the same issue with 4 orders which have been delivered 2 days ago and when checked last night , was supposed to be released today.

Seems like an issue with eBay tracking API.

It appears it is only for items delivered 2 days ago as I have had an order delivered today and the Tracking page has it this time and is stating payment in 2 day, so maybe just a glitch for items delivered on the 25th (hopefully). The 4 delivered 2 days ago still showing as not Tracked and payment due 9th July! Although eBay have promised a manual payment for 24/48hours but I won't hold my breath for this.

Same here all I got from CS is

It will be released by the end of day if not wait 24h and get back in contact with them again.

I was told couldn't do a manual release had to wait for the system to do it.

Don't think they know what there talking about

Thank you all, I got the funds released some time today after I’d posted this thread. Seems like a few are experiencing same issue though. Really shouldn’t have to be contacting chat to get our money though, frustrating.
