EBAY is keeping my money

Hello all!

Coming with this subject along all members.

One of my ebay accounts get banned permanently after ebay decided that I had put it the community at risk with this account (brand new).

I had 3 orders and after that they banned my account (mention:it was 2 camera videos and 1 toy).

The problem is that I can't withdraw any penny from account as it has been banned.

All orders has been delivered to customers by specified time.

I had even called them /sending hundreds emails but nothing.

Why Ebay needs to keep my money blocked if the orders been delivered to customers?

Looking for your advices.

Happy New Year to all of You

EBAY is keeping my money

Did you fully and correctly register with eBay's Managed Payments?

See here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/help/selling/getting-paid/introducing-managed-payments-ebay?id=4795

Registering your bank account and having it verified, might unlock your account for selling and once you enter tracking where you marked the items as dispatched to show delivery,  money should then be sent to the bank account you nominated for Managed Payments.

Not a lot of ' movement' happens over a weekend and Bank Holiday all non working days, but if tracking has shown delivery and for example 5 working days pass with no money received,  contact eBay Customer Services with those tracking numbers.  I recommend calling very first thing on a weekday when the lines first open at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering.

To Contact Customer Services it's a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back. Click on this link:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.
