Don't know how to get label international shipping

Hey everyone,

Had my first sell and I'm supposed to ship from Denmark to UK.

When I choose "Get postage label" under "Orders" it says:
     "Your send from address must be in the United Kingdom to purchase a label."

What do I do? Can I use the Global shipping programme even when I haven't applied that to my listing?
How do I get the label?

If you have sold an item when you were not a part of the Global Shipping Programme then if you want to buy a postage label through the Global Shipping Programme you will not be able to do so.  In that case the best option would be to purchase an international postage label from PostNord Danmark to post the item to your buyer in the UK.

If you want to be part of the Global Shipping Programme then go to the Selling Preferences section of your account and click on the link in that section that says "Postage Preferences".  A new screen should load up entitled Manage Postal Settings.  Have a look at the section where it says "Global Shipping Programme."  If you are not enrolled into the Global Shipping Programme click on the Edit link.  You might have to log back in again so that you can make the necessary updates, but once you have done so opt into the Global Shipping Programme and save the updates.

Once you have finished doing this you will be a member of the Global Shipping Programme.  This will then show up on any future listings so that overseas buyers know that you are posting via the Global Shipping Programme.   When you post your sold items out you just send them to eBay's Global Shipping Programme hub and they will check the item, repackage it and post it on to your buyer.

Hi again,

I am now enrolled in the Global Shipping programme, and have activated it when listing all my items.

But now I have made another sale and still it says: "Your send from address must be in the United Kingdom to purchase a label."

How do I get the label through the Global Shipping Progamme, so I don't have to use a lot of money on sending it through Post Nord?

Do I need to change my send from address to the postoffice or?

You're in Denmark so can't buy a postage label that's for shipping from Denmark via eBay, you'll need to buy one from your local Post Office or online.

Ok, but I thought the Global shipping programme would cover that, but is that only for sellers in the UK?

As you are in Denmark you cannot use Global Shipping to sell, only sellers in UK and USA can enrol in Global.
