I currently have an item up for auction that ends on Sunday that I expect to go for over £250 and possibly up to £800-ish (being optimistic!). Owing to the ongoing debacle of Global Shipping Programme UK to US services, I've put up a shipping amount on the listing for Royal Mail International Tracked.
However, that only covers up to £250 unfortunately - can anyone recommend a postal service/carrier that will cover above that amount? Guess I could just keep it as it is, putting in the amount it goes for on the CN23 form but knowing that I'll only be covered for £250 and relying on International Tracked being reliable...

It also depends on what the item is as most couriers have exclusions/limits on what they'll pay for certain items.

FedEx or DHL, depending on the type of item (i.e. not on their prohibited list).
