Hello,
We got a message from an Italian customer, complaining that his shipment never arrived 10 month after he made the purchase. There is no tracking record after such a long time. we aren't sure how to handle this.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ron

As far as ebay are concerned it's far too late for the buyer to do anything through them. They only allow 30 days for claims. The buyer may try a chargeback, depending on how he paid but it may be too late for that too. So it's up to you. Seems strange that he left it so long.

Ignore ignore ignore and block. Not your problem after 10 months.

I wouldn't worry too much about it : It's too late for ebay to put their oar in, it's too late for neg feedback and it's too late for a chargeback.
It obviously wasn't that important to the buyer either, if they left it 10 months to notice it hadn't arrived.....

Bizarre to suddenly notice that your item hasn't arrived after 10 months - I'm assuming that this is a low value item.
Your buyer is out of time to make a claim via eBay, and card providers allow up to 120 days to issue a not received chargeback, so I can't see a route that your buyer could take here to get their money back from you.

It is actually a £700 item. I am not sure why he just remembered now about it.
