Custom Postage option not working?

I often sell very low priced large letter items like CD's and DVD's and since they're so competitively priced the only way it's worthwhile for me is using the untracked custom postage option. Unfortunately that seems to be malfunctioning at the moment and the only large letter service i can currently get to work is Ebay's own Special Delivery service. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Yes, I am experiencing the same!

After clicking 'Select Primary Service' you just get a blank box and a message telling you to select from the non-existent options!

I am experiencing the same problem with not being able to add Custom postage and also not being able to add International postage to any new listings. Hope it gets fixed soon!
