Creating listing funkcion not works

Hi everyone

Today morning I just try put new items but have some system error.

I always go Listings after Creating listing Funcion but when I press that button not come out the creating Listing side just stay the same side Manage Active Listing, So nothing happen. :((((

Only If I go the Right Side and press Create Listing Thats works but when go Listing after press Creating Listing nothing happen :((

Its anybody has same problem?

Nobody else has reported this.... yet.

Temporary site glitches do tend to happen here in the UK in the early hours when those in eBay's HQ in CaliforNIA  being the late hours of the night before,  are tweaking systems so sending things a little awry here for short periods of time.

I have found  when it happens to me,  logging off completely,  shutting the device down, and switching back on,   logging in again that kick starts it into behaving.  The ol' cure of clearing cache and cookies may help.  All worth a try!

I just done log in and out but still same problem I hope later will be fine.

Mmmm frustrating,  if you know you haven't hit your selling allowance for this month and the issue persists contact eBay Customer Service.  Having access to your account they have a better view of things and may be able to see what's wrong,  or add your account to a ticket for the tech team to view.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Weekends lines open between 9 a.m. to 6p.m.

Contact them very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Their lines are currently closed @red357rose   but open shortly at 8 a.m.

I just talk with Costumer service and the guy said will send this information the the technical team because he saw browser problem. So now need wait to fix it

So, they think it's an issue with your browser?

Try switching to Chrome as that's the best browser to use.

Clear cache and cookies see if that in the meantime,  helps.

I use Chrome and checked with Microsoft edge and the same problem not works

I never normally use "Create Listing" so I just tried it and I am getting exactly what you describe, so you are not alone.

What does work though, is "Sell Similar". Select an existing listing similar to the new item, click on sell similar, and edit the listing to the way you want it. (That is what I always do; I must have created a new listing once, many years ago, but now I always use sell similar.)
