Constant Errors While Trying to Buy Postage

Hi guys,
Not a new eBay seller - been selling for many years.
Last few weeks I've been having issues buying postage. Keep getting an error message 'We were unable to load payment options. Please try again later.'
If I keep on trying, it will eventually work and will allow me to purchase postage. Sometimes it'll take me 2 or three times refreshing the page, sometimes 10 or 15 times! It's getting infuriating as printing 10 labels is taking me half hour!
Things I've tried to resolve it:
Cleared cache/cookies etc - no change

Tried on my partners laptop - no change

Removed all payment methods stored on my eBay an re-added my card - still the same.
I'm at a loss now.
My computer is fine. Ruled out this being at fault because it's the same on any computer.
My bank card used for payments is fine - if there was an issue with my card, refreshing the page several times wouldn't fix the issue.

Any help would be fantastic

The error is also there when trying to issue a buyer with a refund for a return. Keep getting an error message until I keep trying non stop. It will then eventually work.

Hi math_pric, thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear about this, but by any chance do you have a screenshot of the error in question, so we can take a further look? Also, is this happening with all items or only random ones?
