I have a competitor who is selling maybe £20k per month of counterfeit items in the dental section. i have made test purchases, reported him to eBay repeatedly. He's still selling them.
I understand it's hard for them to remove him as loads of people have left him positives (they cannot spot the fakes). I have given eBay photo evidence and also evidence from the manufacturer these are fakes.
Now the same seller is selling many fakes of a shoe brand (clearly fakes from the advert images) and he's starting to get negative feedbacks on there saying he's selling fakes.
I am at a loss of what to do. He's like a cat with 9 lives!

Contact trading standards. eBay wont do much. Also contact the companies the seller is faking the items from. Action will be taken by them

Unfortunately there are plenty that sell fakes, even in art glass “Murano”. They been at it for over 10 years. They get reported but eBay let them sell away to their hearts content. There is many fakes on here and eBay must know it and just tern a blind eye, profits it all that they are interested in. With 20K turnover a month eBay is doing well out of it, so they don't give a dam

Already done that. And the manufacturer.

It's really all you can do, as toolboss15 has said with a 20k a month turnover eBay won't be in much a rush to do anything
