Click & Collect: No Scanning

Argos in Hounslow recently failed to scan 5 ‘click and collect’ items. I was informed that they had been delivered there. But staff failed to scan them, so I had no FM collection codes. But when I went to Argos they just gave me the items. Trying to report this to Argos and eBay was a waste of time.

If you are still waiting on the collection code to collect your item, and you know the item has been delivered to the collection point, could you please confirm the item number, so I can look into this for you please?

This item was delivered to Argos in Hounslow on Monday.

They have still not generated a FM collection code.

This is the 6th time that they have done this.

Basically the staff there either haven’t been trained or they are refusing
to process eBay items.

There is no point in Argos at Hounslow having an eBay click and collect
service if the staff can’t or won’t scan deliveries.

PS BTW I have tried to complain to Argos but emails are ignored. It seems
that management are not bothered.
