I am so frustrated, I have a buyer from Channel Islands wanting to make a purchase but she couldn't. I checked on my end by inputing Channel Islands post code and I get the same message "Will post to United Kingdom. Read item description or contact seller for postage options." I check my excludes list and Channel Islands is not on it, I made a flat rate table for Channel Islands, checked my postage policy, talked to 3 customer service. The lastest one pushed the problem on the buyer's side but no, i tested it out myself and I cannot check out using Channel Islands address so it is not the buyer's side at fault. This is so frustrating, the buyer is lovely and so willing to help out, and I would hate to lose on any potential future purchases.

Check Europe in the excluded list, they added Jersey and Guernsey into that section so if you excluded all of Europe then they would have been excluded same time. Just expand Europe and unclick both of them and you should be ok

The Channel Islands are not part of the UK, they are actually British Crown Dependencies.
Which is exactly why they are not included in UK postage.
They are however also not part of the EU, but I suppose that they have to be put somewhere.....

I think it's Evri that has complicated this. Royal Mail charge the same for the CIs as the UK, whereas Evri charge Europe rates. So you could opt out of using Evri here:

and she should be able to go ahead. If she still has problems put her ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

You won't find "Channel Islands" you will see Jersey and Guernsey on the list of Europe nations to exclude

I checked and I have no countries or area restrictions, they are all unchecked, dont know what I could have done wrong

I don't use Postage Rate tables but for a Guernsey buyer on here with a similar problem, I showed that the seller needed to set a Europe (or Worldwide) postage option. i.e. a put a Europe postage option and rate on the item listing page itself. (as well as making sure Guernsey wasn't excluded anywhere.)
