Cancelled label - Now cannot buy new one!

Sending to USA - bought a UPS label then realised that the adress is a PO BOX which UPS do not like so cancelled the label and asked buyer to send me a new address - I cancel the old label then try to buy a new one a couple of hours later. I edit the address to add the new address which is accepted.
When trying to buy the label I get: 

It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later.

Any ideas?

If you've already opted out of Simple Delivery you can buy your own postage outside of ebay, eg. from your post office, and mark dispatched and add the tracking number manually.

Yep I'm going to do that if I can't find a solution by tomorrow - I would rather through ebay though because it's cheaper and also they automate all the customs info

There are lots of glitches tonight so it might be OK by tomorrow.   Fingers crossed!
