I recently sold an item and Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?
The so called 'NEW ' process says there is a 'Withdraw' option in the sellers hub which we can opt for at any time to transmit funds to our bank accounts. . If there is, it is well hidden. i have spent over 2 hours trying every screen I can find and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WITHDRAW OPTION. This suggests to me that Ebay are deliberately witholding funds. Why ?

Hi, as the post above, have you tried these?
Some things to try that have worked in the past…
Clear your cache and cookies for eBay. Restart device.
Try a different browser.
Try the eBay App.

After putting in amount you want to withdraw, (you do need to put an amount in, which triggers the bottom withdraw to go blue rather than grey), do you scroll right to the very bottom, that's where the withdraw sign is, past all ebays gumph.

I've just had the same thing. Spent ages trying to find the withdrawal button. On computer and on mobile, and two different web browsers on computer, cleared all cookies, no joy. But I've solved it I've solved it. The withdraw button was off screen at the bottom. If your laptop has a 16 to 9 display It may be off the bottom of the screen! go full screen and you'll see it.

for some reason the withdraw / payments popup doesn't scroll down on laptops, so you can see the "withdraw now" button. You can see if this is the problem, as the bottom of the popup box would have rounded corners - if the corners aren't visible then you have this issue. Easiest fix is to use a phone to do it.

Hello, did you ever find a way to withdraw, because I’m in the same situation!
If there is no hold on your payouts, and it is showing as Available in your Payment Summary then, proceed this way:
Strangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others, so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you. Clearing cache and cookies too, has helped some members.
Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.
Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.
Your eBay balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.
On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Withdraw £*** Now click on this.
A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.
Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.

Hi, the big blue banner is on my payments page, but the arrow on the right does not actually work. Tried signing back in again, but no luck, so still unable to transfer my balance to my bank account. Don't know what else to try....

I can tell you what worked for me 🙂 It was really simple. The button was off the screen to select to withdraw payment! I have a laptop with a 16:9 screen. Once I went to full screen, the button was there all along - right at the bottom of the window. Try that.

As serendipity7000 says, the button falls off the bottom of the screen on certain ratios of screen display. If you can't change your screen ratio, try on the mobile (either app or desktop version on mobile) or plug in a monitor. Or try another laptop. The button is there, but Ebay has an incentive to not fix this glitch as it keeps money in their account for longer.
