Order number 17-13140-71052. The parcel was delivered 3 days ago as confirmed by parcelforce tracker on the ebay order page but there has been zero update, not even acknowledging the item was posted. This doesn't happen every sale which is peculiar. This isn't a royal mail problem as far as I can tell.

Royal Mail / courier's tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout, that is, 2 days after the delivery date.
If you have found your tracking has not updated, therefore holding back your payout, contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I've just checked there and the funds of the transaction in question are showing as available from our end, I took a further look and the transaction is even showing in the eBay balance tab, not the pending one. You can try checking again, and if you see something else, please let me know and I will take a further look for you no problem.
