Can not open the ORDERS or sold items page its blank

Any one having problems with getting there sold items page  ??? I had email saying I had sold an item went to the orders or Sold items page ,, NOTHING blank page // cleared all cookies still non of my sold item are showing up how do you get a postage label if you can not get this page to show items sold ??? all I get is a blank page nothing showing any of my sold items

It's not a site wide issue and I don't think I have seen any other complaints today.

There certainly is a problem I have tried on iMac also iPad and have never encountered a problem until this morning,, my best bet is that EBAY are making changes somewhere and this problem has now appeared.. as soon as they start messing with something that works perfectly problems arise , eBay seem to like to mess with things that are working and are not happy until they do NOT WORK, in the meantime how do I get labels to post a sold item if I can not get on to my sold items page ????????

The same issue for me this morning. A blank orders page where they should be over 50 completed orders.

Yes, exact same problem and I have an order to go out! What are the odds of guessing a postcode correctly?

I have just been onto ebay they said they can see I have a problem ?? they must be able to check.. Strange thing is it came back when I was talking to the agent THEN went  again . he said he would raise a ticket might be 48 hours ???

Have you tried contacting Customer Services to make sure they are aware of this issue?

blank on website and app even with that link.

I've tagged community managers and hopefully they can see if this issue is been seen to by eBay,  and of hopefully,  any fix in sight !

I have the same problem. Until they get it fixed you can go to the accounts section, click on payments, click on total funds and click on transaction activity and you will be able to find your order, click on order number and you should be able to access it from there.
