Can Not get A delivery label says try later // I have been trying to get a label for item i sold but when i press the button it says It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later. It tell me i have to post by tomorrow but been trying for 12 hours to get prepaid label . Is there another bug in the system ?????

It seems to be a Royal Mail issue, the Click & Drop service is down,  but Packlink is still working OK.

Maybe the above is the issue which is affecting many,  you are not alone !

You're not alone, many reporting this, seems to be an RM issue affecting the ability for eBay sellers to print labels.  Let's hope it's fixed soon! 🤔

I've just printed lables , ebay have switched to Yodel !

Are you sure you are still using Simple Delivery?  Yodel is not showing as a courier for me,  just Royal Mail and Evri.

Aaah  just seen you are a Business seller,  Private sellers have to use SD,  and Evri and RM are their only options.

I've purchased a label directly from Royal Mail - how do I mark the item as dispatched?

I've sent the buyer the Royal Mail tracking number.

It's not a Royal Mail issue i've just come from there(i too can't get a label but i still do drop & go) my local one has had no problem with scanning from QR codes,drop & go or any of their services so it must be a Simple postage/Ebay issue that they are trying to blame others for.Thursday the PO services went down for a few hours but that was the only issue and that was 2 days ago so not linked i would of thought.I'm not the only one who takes ebay items to this PO and several others used their QR codes so it appears it is only affecting a few so can't be Royal Mail issue.

Try this to add your tracking numbers:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

It is a RM issue,  see this which was posted by a member,  and explains the issue a little better:

The business Click and Drop website is down since sometime last night. I assume this is related and eBay's RM labels are generated from the same domain.

RM Click and Drop business domain is different to the retail site. The retail site is still working.

I assume ebay gets their labels generated via the business domain.

RM own C+D service checker claims the site is working correctly, but the website page shows it as down.

Same here cant print a prepaid label this morning, hopefully it will be sorted over the weekend, we will just have to keep trying cos no one will tell us when its up and running again!

No it wasn't as ebay have now fixed THEIR issue if it was a royal mail issue everyone would have the same issue but they weren't everything was working fine at the PO i saw it myself,i could do my drop and go as normal,packlink labels were working,ebay labels had been printed by other customers,QR codes were being scanned i even checked the drop and go page and that was updated
