CHANGES TO EBAY SELLER HUB LISTING PAGE

Have just gone onto my Seller Hub and noticed that the Listings page has changed.

I cannot find 'Items with reserve met' and it looks a complete shambles.  Do not know if I can revert back to 

the old page.  Ebay why keep changing things for the sake of it. Leave things that work alone.

My summary on seller hub has also disappeared suddenly yesterday, I can't find a way to see if I have bids, questions, watchers. I rang this morning and they say "they have lots of complaints, tech team know about the problem and ring again tomorrow if not back"!! Yes I know, they just said anything to get me off the phone!!

The new listing page decreases my knowledge and awareness of how my listings are doing.

Quite simply i dislike the new version, or give folks the option to choose which version they would like to use?

I politely request Ebay reinstate the 'old' page in order that we may see, at a glance how things are performing.

This as happened to me as well.  I use the custom label box (SKU) to stock control my items so I can locate/store them, I now cannot seach this on the search listings as this box as disappeared.  I need to be able to do this to find/remove stock yet its gone.  What a bloody mess this site is.

 I should have known I would be on the gineau pig list as my account is for everything and with the site crashing on me daily now and having to log in/log out at least 5 times a day just to view my account.  The search section on my sold orders as also not been working for me for over a month now so yet another glitch.  

I have also had the conceirge taken off me but my account is not below standard.  I rung ebay regarding this and they would not give me a straight answer as to why I was taken off.  

The immediate payment fiasco as well.  All my items are set to this yet payments sometimes have been taking a day to go through and I have to send payment reminders out when the payment should have been taken.  This has been going on for atleast 2 months for me,  reported it and nothings been done.

They just make it out that they are not aware of any issues when you ring them and that no one else as reported these. Yet I come on these boards and I can see that others are having these issues.

Ah, so I am  a guinea pig too then. I was thinking it's a horrible glitch and have been deleting cookies and all that. Hate it the way it is, just not usable.

My "Manage all orders" page has changed for the worse,is this the same problem ?

I spoke to Ebay last week and they said someone would "Look into it",obviuosly nothing has changed,PLEASE CHANGE MINE BACK,if anyone at ebay is listening.

I, too, am a victim of the Seller Hub change, unable to supervise existing sale items.

Other sellers have requested a return to the previous format, so pls include this seller  in any  'U-Turn'...

Little point of requesting anything on the Boards. Nobody from eBay will take any notice. Use the feedback link and let them know what you really think. The more users who do may change things

I would like to complain to ebay about this but I can not find any link on the seller overview page to give them feedback on this matter

This week my active listings page has changed too. 

It would be helpful to have a link were you could revert to the previous version.

I don't need all the extra options that are now shown in the tabs & side box that pops up. 

I only really need to know how many bids, watchers, & those ending today etc.  In big text please, as it was before so I can see it straight away. I also liked the green & red text colours.

Maybe business sellers need more functions, but those of us privates, with under 100 listings  only need the basics really, well that's all I need, as it's quicker.

Spoke to Ebay the other day and it looks like we are stuck with it,unless enough people complain about it,then they might change it back.

I think ebay would *like* everybody to be a big business seller, so the wishes of small privateers aren't very important to them.

The original ebay idea of peer-to-peer normal people just selling stuff to each other is now well in the past.

Ebay will make way more money (and have to spend way *less* on customer support) when it's just full of very large sellers (lots of them in China) who either don't bother with UK customer regulations, or are large enough to not worry about the occasional scammer and pay them off without a thought...

I have had the same issue, totally mad and )unuseable, so i have simply ended my 120 listings until ebay show some sense and am going to concentrate on etsy, a proper website for selling

Anita, if this was an ebay response to sellers that asked for it, why not just test it on them?

why do u need change things that doesnt need it. I would like my old listing in seller hub back as the new one is awful. writing massive i dont have my schedule or what im selling also amount, without clicking in to active page.

i have contacted and did the feedback that i hate new one yet they still done nothing to reverse it. still waiting on them to sort dispacted time out as mine now january been going on over year of complaining.

Funny thing is,last Monday and Tuesday,mine was back to normal again,which
was brilliant,unfortunately it didn`t last,back to same  again !
