Buyer with no feedback and address with no door number.

Hi first time posting here, The issue is that been on ebay as buyer and seller for decades, however this is the first time I have had a buyer with  no feedback and an account less than a week old.  Also the address has no door number. I have messaged the buyer, (no reply yet )   to confirm the address. Apart from tracking and confirming delivery is there anything I can do to protect my self?

You can cancel the sale using 'issue with buyers address' if you feel it's not right and they are not replying to you.

Have you tried googling the address as we have several relatives whose houses have no door number just the name of the property....road ...village etc

Try looking the address up on Royal Mail's address finder:

There is one other solution, as eBay now give the buyers phone number on the sale details then why not ring them?
